In this service design project we created ‘As is’ service map, formed problem statements and in the end provided solution proposal as ‘to be’ storyboard video. We have done this project together as a team. I have participated in every phase and especially being responsible for the service map and problem statement visualization. This project was mainly done remotely due to COVID-19. During this project I learned to understand the characteristics of complex services that have multiple stakeholders involved, adopt a problem-definition thinking, apply user-centered process and service design tools and methods to a real case project, find tangible applications to a client brief to bring clear benefits to relevant stakeholders, and lastly to respond to client and user feedback as part of the design process.
