About me
Inkeri Mark (officially Inka Mattila) is a Finnish designer, artist, and thinker. She is guided by a deep curiosity towards people, humanity, communities, and society, as well as a desire to understand why the world works the way it does. Complex questions do not intimidate her — quite the opposite. Examining different phenomena from multiple perspectives at once comes naturally to her and is deeply inspiring for her.
As a person, Inkeri combines analytical thinking, creativity, and strong intuition. She wants to channel these qualities into deepening understanding and building bridges in an increasingly siloed world. She believes that these bridges are built through genuine listening, openness, and the ability to engage with conflicting perspectives.
All of her work is united by an effort to transform deep reflection into insight and purposeful action. Whether through design, art, or thinking work, Inkeri is motivated by the possibility of discovering new perspectives, making the connections between phenomena visible and, through this, contributing to a world where diversity can flourish.

A self-taught visual artist and practitioner of visual expression who has been actively engaged in the visual arts throughout her life. During exchange studies in Minnesota in 2014, began creating larger-scale paintings. Completed the Finnish upper secondary school diploma in visual arts, and donated the resulting final artwork to President Niinistö and Prime Minister Sipilä.
